Please place your order 2 weeks prior to your event date.  There are no refunds issued if your order is cancelled, ONLY under certain circumstances a CREDIT will be issued. 

Any order cancelled by the customer 5 days or less prior to event date will not receive a refund, depending on circumstances, a credit may be issued for 1/2 the order total.
